Terms of Service

The deal, in plain terms

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These terms cover your use of Tow Defender. By starting a packet or joining the founding list, you agree to them. We wrote them to be readable, not to bury anything.

What Tow Defender does

We document your recovery, chase down the evidence, and assemble a carrier-ready defense packet for the rate you already billed — every line tagged to its claim number and its proof, so your invoice is hard to dismiss and easy for an adjuster to sign off.

What Tow Defender does not do

So there is no confusion about scope:

Tow Defender assembles documentation. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not adjust claims or represent you in a dispute. If you need legal advice, talk to a licensed attorney. We do not promise any particular payment outcome — a well-documented packet is a stronger case, not a promise of what a carrier will pay.

Human review before delivery

The AI drafts; a person signs. No packet is delivered to you without our review and approval first. You are responsible for reviewing your finished packet before you send it to a carrier.

Your data

How we collect, use, store, and delete your information — including how long we keep case files after a case closes — is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

Tow Defender is a concierge service in its founding stage. We may change, pause, or improve parts of it as we build. If a change materially affects these terms, we will update this page.

Changes and contact

We update this page and its date when the terms change. Questions: email [email protected] — a real person reads it.
